The Jewish Cemetery on the hill overlooking the town of Skwierzyna, Lubuskie, in the far west of Poland.

Jews have lived in Poland since the 14th century and until the Second World War were a prosperous and integral part of Polish society. However, monuments to the long history of Jews in Poland has become increasingly difficult to uncover in modern Poland.
