Notecka Forest
One of several tourist information boards, which serve to inform visitors of the many natural attractions in and around the Notecka forest, Lubuskie, westerrn Poland. The Notecka Primeval Forest covers an area of 100 000 ha on the right bank of the Warta river. The forest is rich with wild mushrooms and blueberries and an ideal place to escape the modern world. The Lubuskie / Wielkopolskie regions are ecological paradises and contain lots of wildlife, ranging from wild boar, deer and hares to cranes, storks and woodpeckers.
