Obrzyce

Miedzyrzecz Obrzyce Meseritz Obrawalde

A picture of the mental health asylum in Obrzyce, Miedzyrzecz, Lubuskie, Poland. This hospital was the site of what was probably the most notorious killing centre of the Nazi "wild" euthanasia progamme. It is believed that more than 10,000 handicapped patients were killed at Meseritz-Obrawalde between 1941 and 1945.
