Trzebiszewo
Trzebiszewo is a small village 7.5km north east of the town of Skwierzyna. Most of the village is located alongside the less than picturesque main Gorzow to Poznan road. Perhaps the main attraction is the rather wacky roadside diner situated on the edge of the village, which is home to life size plastic models of various dinosaurs and a number of interesting classic cars and soviet-era helicopters. The nearby forests are full of edible wild mushrooms and at certain times of the year you will find people selling mushrooms along the road at either end of the village. The forests are also haven to a variety of interesting wildlife, such as wild boar and deer. Polish name: Trzebiszewo German name: Trebisch Province : Lubuskie Nearest City: Gorzow Wlkp.
